1.Use and change
These general terms and conditions are referred to the using of web shop on the area of Republic Croatia exclusively, in a property of Furka.
”www.furka.online” web shop services are available on web site https://www.furka.online, in further text Furka.
Web site and other Furka web shop services (buying and delivery throw Furka web shop) can be served by your private usage without any recompense according to following general terms and conditions..
The following general terms and conditions must be respected if you use our web shop. If you disagree with the Furka general terms and conditions, please don’t use Furka web site.
General terms and conditions are subject to changes in any time, therefore you should visit these terms and conditions every time you want to visit Furka web site. In the event of continuous visiting of Furka web shop sites after the general terms and conditions have been changed, you will be considered as you were in accordance with the new Furka web site general terms and conditions. For possible consequences caused by web content changes Furka will not take any responsibility.
2.Terms of purchase
These conditions of buying define the procedure of ordering, payment, delivery and return or reclamation of items offered on our web pages. The procedure, the buying and the selling conditions of the goods through web shop are determinate by the following phases:

The ordered articles will be delivered by Furka selling place. Buying of the products in offer and at storage of Furka shops (dispatching shop to single customer according to the address of customer) will be possible by Furka through Furka web shop.
The buyer is physical or juridical person who orders the products of the company Furka obrt za trgovinu, vl. Anica Demut, Zdihovska ulica 67D, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia through Furka web shop. Each physical or juridical person registered on the web site who orders one product at least electronically will be considered as buyer.
All prices are expressed in the Croatian national currency; Croatian Kuna (KN) including VAT. The products are delivered at the prices valid on the ordering day and not on the delivery day.
Furka keeps the right of non-delivery of the order if there is a suspect of misuse.
2.1. Registration
To use the Furka web shop services and to register you must have 18 years. The customer is responsible for correct and complete personal details. In the case of any data changes we are asking you to make your user account more accurate on settings of Furka user account. Correct inserting of the personal details at the purchasing time is responsibility of each customer.
2.2. Ordering
The products are ordered electronically. By pressing the button ”Add”, the product will be added to shopping bag. The products are considered to be ordered in the moment when the checkout procedure listed below in 4 phases is done:
- 1. Personal details,
- 2. Way of delivery,
- 3. Choosing a payment method and
- 4. Confirmation of order.
The confirmation of your order by Furka web shop you will receive on your e-mail address. In the case you didn’t receive such message, please check if the products are in your shopping bag and procedure must be repeated.
Furka is obligated to deliver to customer address all ordered products available at Furka shops storage. In the case that Furka won’t be able to deliver any of ordered products, the customer will be contacted by e-mail regarding spare products or cancel the ordered products.
The products photos on Furka web shop are illustrative; therefore the photo illustration should not be corresponding to its appearance and content.
Furka will make any possible effort to keep information more accurate and actual, however it will not take responsibility of its accuracy and completeness.
2.3. Payment
The buyer commits the ordered products pay with credit card listed on PayPal or with direct bank transfer.
2.4. Delivery
The orders goods will be assembled so that they cannot be damaged. The buyer must check package before picking it up, noticeable damages report immediately and refuse to receive the package. See Terms of delivery.
2.5. Taking order
Orders are delivered to your home address with express service. Deadline for delivery is 3-5 days from the day of order. In delivery deadlines are not counted:
- 1. Day of receipt of the order;
- 2. Delay time due to inaccurate and incomplete addresses
- 3. The delay time due the traffic jams incurred without guilt of Furka
- 4. Non-working days and days when delivery is not done by Furka.
For the orders received on Friday after 3 p.m. delivery date begins to run on the first following working day of Furka web shop.
Deadline for delivery of custom made items is 30 days from the day of order. At product description you can read if product is custom made item.
2.6. Return/Reclamation of goods
Customer has right to return of goods in these cases:
- delivery of goods which are not ordered
- delivery of goods which has lapse or damage that was not caused by transport
Original bill must be attached to each complaint.
In case of return/reclamation of goods the buyer is obligated to request a written complaint by mail to address Furka obrt za trgovinu, vl. Anica Demut, Zdihovska ulica 67D, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia, or via e-mail on adress furka.fur.and.leather@gmail.com .
We DO NOT offer refunds on custom made items, this is a legal agreement when buying from us. All custom made items garments are made for as requested measurements after your purchase. You choose your specific style to be made in desire colour as well as disere size. We are not required by law to allow returns for custom made items.
2.7. Responsibility for material defects
In according to the Regulation about customer safety to the relations between consumer (final user) and trader in the event of a material defect of product are applied regulations (NN 35/05, 41/08, 125/11, 78/15).
The customer is obligated to inform the trader about the visible defects immediately or two months at least from the day the damage has been discovered.
As trader we do not respond to the material defect of the sold item after two months from the sale.
3.Unilateral termination of the agreement
The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days from the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer goods are handed over to possess. To be able to exercise the right to unilateral termination of the contract, the consumer must notify Furka of its decision on the unilateral termination of the agreement before the deadline and that through this form of unilateral termination of the contract or by any other unequivocal statement in which it expressed its willingness to terminate the contract, sent by mail, fax or email (showing the name, address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, you can also use the enclosed copy of form which you can download on HERE.
Confirmation of receipt of a notice of unilateral termination of contract will be sent to you, without delay, by electronic mail.
3.1. Deadline for unilateral termination of the agreement
The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the day when the consumer or a third party designated by the consumer goods are handed over to possess.
3.2. Return of the paid amount
Furka shall immediately, but no later than within 14 days from receipt of the notification of consumers about the unilateral termination of the contract, return to the consumer what he paid, less shipping cost, but not before the goods are returned.
Refunds will be returned in the same way that the consumer has paid.
3.3. Return of goods
You return or deliver it to us Furka obrt za trgovinu, vl. Anica Demut, Zdihovska ulica 67D, 10020 Zagreb, Croatia, without unnecessary delay, but no later than within 14 days.

The right to one-sided termination of the contract is excluded in the cases referred to in Article 74 of the Consumer Protection Act. For full information on the right of customers to unilateral termination of a contract, please refer to the Consumer Protection Act.

Terms of delivery
Dear customers,
Delivery is available in the whole Croatia; packages are delivered with HP express.
In most cases delivery is in 24 hours, except for the islands where the goods are delivered only a few times a week. Delivery is from Monday until Friday.
Delivery of goods ordered from our web shop are co-operated with the best delivery services.
Shipping cost pay Furka.
Every package recipient certifies and signs after receipt. In accordance with provisions of the Mandatory Obligations Act certificate of delivery list by the recipient it is considered that package is delivered undamaged. Recipient will indicate reference number of following documentation, and this will be proving that delivery was made.
Care and storage instructions
EVERYDAY CARE TIPS FOR NATURAL FUR COATS
Your fur coat should always be hung on a broad, sturdy hanger to keep the shoulders from loosing their shape.
Do not hang a fur in a plastic bag, that doesn’t breathe. The fur needs air circulation to keep the hide from drying out and cracking.
Do not leave jewelry pinned to your coat as it can mat the fur. When wearing your coat, do not use a shoulder bag consistently because it can wear away the fur and leave a bald spot. Wearing a scarf around your neck will prevent body soil and make-up from soiling your coat.
Avoid using hairspray or perfume when wearing your coat. The formulas of most brands contain alcohol which can dry the hides. Any oils in the products may penetrate the fur and eventually become rancid. The odor is nearly impossible to remove.
If you will be sitting for a long period of time, you should take your coat off to avoid crushing the fur. If you can’t remove the coat, try to change positions often so that the fur will not be crushed in one spot over and over again. If possible, remove your coat and use it more like a blanket in your lap.
HOW TO CLEAN NATURAL FUR
If you get caught in a light rain or snow, simply shake out the fur and remove as much water as possible. Hang it to dry in a well-ventilated room. Do not use a hair dryer or any direct heat on the fur. After it is dry, shake again to fluff the fur and brush out gently with an animal brush.
If your coat gets completely soaked with water, you should take it to a professional fur cleaner immediately.
OFF-SEASON STORAGE OF NATURAL FUR
Fur hates heat. It is not the actual hair that is affected, it is the hide or leather that can dry out, become stiff, and crack.
The best storage temperature for natural fur is 7 degrees C. or 45 degrees F. and 50 percent humidity. In fur storage vaults, the room is dark which prevents bleaching and fading of the color. Moths and other insects cannot survive at that temperature.
Furs that are properly stored during hot weather can last up to fifty years or more.
